Our managing partner is Mr. Carlos Duarte, a licensed trial
lawyer with a Masters’ Degree in Constitutional Law.
Besides undertaking advanced legal education at Mexico's top law schools such as Universidad Panamericana and Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City, and holding a license in international commercial law from Universidad Iberoamericana, he has completed comparative law courses at Harvard University and pursued an MDP Program at the University of Southern California, USC.
Attorney Carlos Duarte is licensed in state and federal courts. He has successfully
argued cases before the Federal District & Circuit Courts in the states of Baja California,
Baja California Sur, Jalisco and Mexico City; as well as the Civil State Courts
in Ensenada, Tijuana & Mexicali, and the Agrarian Tribunals throughout the
State of Baja California.
